HRD Recruitment Staff

Requirements:
• Female, Max 30 years old and single
• Willingness working based at Batam Island
• Bachelor degree of Psychology background from reputable university
• Minimum 1 year working experience in recruitment background
• Possess strong knowledge in psychological test tools & recruitment process;
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Fluent in English both oral and written is an advantage
• Good analysis, calculation and negotiation skill
• Must have a strong interpersonal skill, good communication skill and hard working
• Willingness to follow recruitment selection and working based selection in Batam Island
