Abstract

This study aims to determine empirically whether there is a relationship between human relations and work motivation with job satisfaction in nurses Islamic Hospital Sunan Kudus and how much the effective contribution. The population in this study were hospital nurses Islam Sunan Kudus totaling 154 nurses. The number of samples taken in this study was 120 nurses with accidental quota sampling techniques. The magnitude of the results obtained is RX1,2y at 0.370 with p equal to 0.002 (p <0.01), which means that there is a significant positive relationship between human relations and work motivation with job satisfaction. This means that the higher human relations and work motivation, the higher the job satisfaction of nurses Islamic Hospital Sunan Kudus. The effective contribution human relations and work motivation with job satisfaction of 13.7%
