Abstract

This study aimed to describe the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees is educational and non-educational staff PT "X" Semarang. Subjects were non-educational staff and educational staff. Sampling technique using proportional sampling. The scale used is the scale of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and a questionnaire containing the identity status, gender, age, education, length of employment and class. The method of data analysis is descriptive analysis. The results in the form of diagrams generated from the average of OCB based on data contained in the self-identification questionnaire.
