Abstract
The purpose of this writing is to review the effects of psychological urgency amongst non-government or government organizations due to the urge to take part in pursuing the cutting-edge technology. Low reflection is the direct effect of it resulting a constraint of the transformation process from underdevelopment to continuous improvement in job skills. The Psychology findings of Skills Mastery and Psychological Transition are formulated into a number of implications related to the need for training, team-building, the discovery of core value, corporate cultures, and operational steps. As conclusion, it is needed to have a sustainability planning through the core value development and its implementation, as well as to have a leadership that is able to break the ice in the midst of diversity and the potential pool which is not mutually interlock.
